Hip Opener Workshop (Floor Work)
In this workshop we will look at postures that help to free up the hips and groin muscles, strengthen the shoulders and open the chest. Suitable for students with a minimum of 6 months yoga experience.

We have commenced production of our new Online Classes!
You will be able to access a class indefinitely and build up a library of new classes, for those times you aren’t able to attend in person.
Thursday, 9th May, 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Thursday, 16th May, 9.30-10.30am
Wednesday, 5th June, 7.20-8.20pm
SOCIAL DISTANCING AND HYGIENE
Do not attend class if you are unwell
Shower before coming to class
Use the sanitiser provided near the entrance door as you come into class or wash your hands with soap and water
Use respiratory etiquette to catch your cough or sneeze in the bend of your elbow, or in a tissue to be disposed of immediately
Wipe down or spray with disinfectant any props that you use, including chairs.
The Yoga school is cleaned on a daily basis.
