The Hills Yoga School has been providing instruction in the art of Yoga since 1997, and in November 2006 re-located from Mount Barker to 74 Mount Barker Road, Stirling — still in the Adelaide Hills, just a little closer to the Adelaide CBD!
Many new students are taking advantage of the Beginners Courses that we regularly offer. If you wish to try a Beginner's Course, there are more starting in each Term in 2012 ... download an Enrollment form here ... and book early to avoid disappointment!
From first-timers to the more advanced, all are professionally catered for, and all equipment is provided. If you have not been to our School before, and wish to attend classes, please contact us first. Find out more about our Classes, Courses and fees here.
We also have a selection of essential Yoga props such as mats, bolsters, blocks and belts available for purchase, so you are able to continue your Yoga journey at home.
