Summer Intensive Non-Residential Retreat

28th, 29th & 30th December 2020

Stephanie will be teaching a non-residential retreat for Levels 1-3 students at our Stirling Studio. 

This will provide a good opportunity for students to immerse themselves in yoga and to experience the structure of a retreat without having to leave home! 

The experience may inspire you to attend one of our future retreats.

There will be two yoga classes on offer per day over three days.

• 9:30am - 11:15am: Asana

• 4:30pm - 5:45pm: Restorative

COST:

• $180 for the 3 days

• $35 per casual session
